ReasonWorks Refund Policy
ReasonWorks products are designed mainly as professional training and reference tools. Because of the nature of these products and the costs associated with production, packaging, and fulfillment, we do not typically offer refunds or returns for reasons of preference, change of mind, misuse, or buyer error. This policy may be waived at our discretion.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be issued in the following circumstances, which are outside the customer’s control:
• The item arrives damaged due to carrier handling
• The wrong item was shipped
• The item is lost in transit and confirmed as such by the carrier
In these cases, the customer must contact ReasonWorks within 14 days of expected delivery or confirmed loss, and provide reasonable documentation such as photographs or carrier tracking information.
If an exception applies, ReasonWorks will issue a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not typically eligible for a refund. The customer may request reshipment at their expense. If the package is not returned and is marked as delivered, it will be treated as a completed order with no refund or replacement issued. ReasonWorks may offer exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Quantity Ordered
Customers are responsible for verifying item quantities before completing checkout.
Orders placed with an incorrect quantity due to customer error are not typically eligible for refunds or partial refunds. If an order has not yet shipped, customers may contact ReasonWorks immediately to request a correction, but fulfillment changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins. ReasonWorks may offer exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
• Damage caused by improper use, modification, or installation
• Failure to read product descriptions or instructions
• Changes of mind or dissatisfaction after use
Thermal Relief System Warranty
TRS units come with a 90 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by modification, disassembly, improper mounting, excessive flexing, water exposure, abuse, impact, or any other improper use that goes beyond the purpose of the TRS.
Refunds for the TRS are governed by the general refund policy enumerated on this page.
