We weren’t satisfied with the SFST cards on the market, so we built a better one.
The SFST Quick Reference is a rugged field reference for standardized field sobriety testing. Built from thick, 30mil hard PVC plastic (the same thickness as a credit card), it is weather-resistant, wipe-clean, and designed for daily patrol use. The card is 3x5, the same as a standard index card.
Front: Streamlined SFST layout covering HGN, Walk-and-Turn, and One-Leg Stand, with checkboxes for fast documentation. Use any Sharpie (or wet-erase) marker to mark clues, then simply document and wipe clean (use alcohol-based wipe for Sharpie) for repeated use!
Back: As non-alcohol DUIs continue to rise, we included a color-coded chart covering all 7 drug categories, with observable signs and common examples to help officers recognize impairment from other substances. Great for officers with ARIDE or DRE training, as well as those frequently encountering drug-impaired drivers.
Corner hole punch comes pre-fitted with a paracord loop, allowing for quick pull access from a vest pocket or pouch. The paracord can be easily removed for those who prefer to run the card bare or attach it to a keychain, carabiner, or another mounting platform.
This card integrates with our ARIDE Quick Reference Card and DUI Quick Reference Card to provide a comprehensive way of documenting all phases of DUI investigations.
